Then, it put forwardspecific optimized scheme according to the root analysis of DB company’s purchasingdepartment administration、 the system of purchasing information and purchasingproceeding, such as converting purchasing management mode by turning decentralizedpurchasing to centralized purchasing; contributing thorough non-productive purchasinginformation systems and consolidated standards purchasing proceeding. I hope thesemeasures could improve the problems that DB company’s purchasing management isfacing and lower the cost, improve the outstanding achievement, enhance the professioncompetitive power as well.
