Chinese floral industry need to be distinctively grouped. All this offers knowledge for the conversion of superiority from regional characteristics to competitiveness.SWOT analysis shows that natural environment. resources and expertise are excellent for the floral industry, but there are also disadvantages, such as low level of scientific research, poor production condition of private industry, backward technology. Opportunities comes along with risk under intense competition.Secondly, according to the characteristic and the trend of modern floral industry, the project should be reasonable, the development of special product base should play a role, so as to make up the advantage and characteristic of Hechi floral industry.Hechi municipal government built a2500mu floral industry base in Desheng according to the project. The aims and strategies is to build a model base of modern science and technology industrialization, an agricultural tourism base for scientific research, training and floral resourse.The suggestions proposed for the further development of Hechi Rare and Fine Floral Science Model Base will contribute to the modernization, large scale and ecology of the floral industry together.
