In recent years, with the rapid of the economic development, Beijing city is facedwith the problems of sustainable development, which are the most prominentenvironmental pollution, ecological deterioration, resource shortage and populationpressure in the last two years. Haze which appears in recent years caused many negativeeffects. To this end, Beijing City Hall in the10.25planning plans the metropolitan areastrategy. For Hebei,which is near to beijing is its unique location advantage,it must playto ring the capital advantage, undertake radiation use of capital driven effect, therefore,Hebei puts forward to the development strategy of construction capital economic circleof Hebei province in "10.25" planning, in Chengde, Langfang, Baoding and Zhangjiakou.It chooses close14citys near to Beijing, which have a better foundation, great potential tothe construction of the "14county1ring4District6base",for the foundation of capitaleconomic circle should be in full play the advantages of Geography in the region, with itsown characteristics, to undertake capital industrial transfer, promoting industrialcooperation capital economic circle and the capital. Beijing is the financial, investment,science and technology education, talent based information center, and is one of the mosthigh-end markets. Around that development resources from Beijing to Hebei, more letBeijing market demand more from Hebei, best policy docking, and functions of docking,docking industry and facilities and docking, to build around the capital area becomeeconomically developed city, prosperity, good ecological highland. This article is basedon this background, the industrial adjustment of capital economic circle.In this paper the status of research on the capital economic circle from home andabroad, this paper introduces the related theory of regional industrial division andcooperation, and make use of the data of2003-2011, the counties of Hebei provincecapital economic circle (city) were analyzed by SWOT analysis of industrial structure,development of the capital economic circle industry, to clarify the rationality, ring thecapital economic circle industry development and adjustment in addition, by calculatingthe location quotient and the industrial structural similarity coefficient, pointed out theexistence of capital economic circle industry structure, thus, the industrial developmentand adjust the way of thinking. This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part mainly discusses the writingbackground of capital economic circle, research on this aspect at home and abroad,combined with their own papers and the papers were compared, pointing out theinnovation and deficiency of this paper. The second part introduces the theoreticalknowledge of the study, and briefly introduces the analysis indicators and these indicatorsbelow the role. The theory mainly includes the industrial division of labor andcooperation, industrial layout. The third part introduces the general situation of capitaleconomic circle and Hebei province for the analysis of Beijing industrial undertaking,establish direction and background for this study. The fourth part introduces the capitaleconomic circle and Beijing economic development gradient. The fifth part of theindustry co-operation capital economic circle industry SWOT analysis and adjustment ofthe capital.The sixth part points out the path of capital economic circle industryadjustment.
