| Since1980, under the impetus of reforming and opening policy, China’s insuranceindustry also made achievements that attracted worldwide attention. Ping An wasfounded in1988, and grew into the world’s top500, life insurance and property insurancepremiums ranked in the country’s second largest groups of insurance, banking, financial,the level of business and management are improving continuously. Where is theadvantage and inadequate of Ping An.Enterprise management performance evaluation system is the core of enterprisemanagement system, related to the operation and development of the whole enterprise.The significance of this paper is to establish a set of evaluation system of insurance group,and through the analysis of each index of the Ping AN group, we can find Ping An’sposition in the insurance line, and find its advantages and disadvantages, and give somesuggestions for improvement.This paper established a theoretical model of the evaluation index system and acomprehensive evaluation for the insurance group. And then we use the management dataof Ping An. According to the index system of guidance to find required numerical index,based on descriptive statistics, with the help of SPSS software, specific analysis andcomprehensive analysis, we can find Ping An’s position in the industry, combine theanalysis result, analysis the advantages and disadvantages,and make conclusions andsuggestions.This paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part is introduction. This chapter mainly introduces the problem and itssignificance, research methods and content etc.. It conclude: the reason to write thisarticle, the meaning of this article, the kind of method, the content. It is a generalsummary of the framework. It is convenience for the reader to understand the article.The first chapter is about the comprehensive performance evaluation of performanceevaluation. This chapter is from the insurance group’s point of view, and the financialperspective, establish the principles and standards of evaluation, and under the theguidance of principles and standards, find a suitable insurance performance indicators:the scale of strength index, profitability index, solvency index and development capacity index, establish suitable system for insurance company evaluation index system. Then ituse the method of factor analysis, combine with the statistical aspects of the theory, find acomprehensive evaluation of the performance of insurance companies, theory andevaluation methods.The second chapter is about Ping An’s management evaluation of comprehensiveperformance analysis of the current situation and the industry performance. This chapteruse the method of the first chapter, the index system and under the guidance of the theory,from the Ping An’s asset size, solvency, profitability, descriptive statistical analysis andother aspects of the development,comparise and evaluate the Ping An and other insurancegroups.The third chapter is about analysis of the main problems and causes of Ping An’soperation. This chapter is mainly based on the results of the above chapter, find out thePing An’s problems and find the reasons.The fourth chapter is the conclusions and suggestions. This chapter is a summary,give its views on Ping An’s management.The feature and innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in following aspects.First, this paper establish the principles and standards, then establish the index systemaccording to the principle of index selection standard; Second, it tries best to select theindicator comprehensively and raise the conclusion systematically. Last, it can use thelesser factor to describe the connection between various indicators through factoranalysis and SPSS.The deficiency of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects. First, dueto low knowledge level, the understanding of the competitiveness theory has not reacheda high level. Secondly, the indicator selected is not comprehensive as the lack of data. |
