To solve this problem, the first is to discover the laws of their interaction. Over the years, many scholars made various studies on this issue, different scholars have different methods and findings of the study, but it is the most representative Kuznets proposed by the EKC "inverted U-shaped" curve hypothesis. Currently, research in this area in Northeast China is not much more research is for cross developed areas. But as the old industrial bases in Northeast China, resource consumption, pollutant emissions are more to discover in the region to study the internal mechanisms of its economic growth and environmental quality, and then to develop the right solution is more significant. This article will be applied to the Environmental Kuznets Curve theory Northeast, validated with1993to2012the northeastern region of the environment and economic indicators of the theory, trying to find variation of the region’s economy and environment.
