With the rapid development of science and technology and the deepening of the international trade, the national electrical industry is booming and has injected new vitality to the progress of society and industry. Because there are so many types of electrical equipment which update quickly and their sales is bigger, so the number of the return of the product or waste is also big. Timely and effective handling of return goods affects the level of after-sales service, customer satisfaction and enterprise social image. At the same time, all sorts of return of the goods or the waste product also contain the potential profits, so return logistics has become a novelty competitive strategy and profit potential source.This paper takes electrical and electronic equipment enterprise as the research object and analyzes its classification and the present situation of industry development, the characteristics, current situation and existing problems of return logistics, return of features and functions and optimization principles of network. Then combining the actual problems of S company, this paper puts forward the enterprise return logistics network optimization scheme and builds a return logistics network planning model and put forward a reasonable planning for the enterprise. The planning divides the return region, selects the appropriate network node and determines the transport ratio and volume of each node.Finally,considering the randomness of the return, the shipping time, the detection speed, the processing capacity, inventory and other return processing efficiency factors,use the Flexsim simulation software to observe the return logistics network running state and verify the optimized network’ processing efficiency. In this paper the application of Flexsim simulation has extended to the return logistics field and at the same time the return logistics network model built for the enterprise return process and network optimization has a certain guiding significance. |
