China is a country with huge production of electrical appliances and high consumption on them. At present, tens of millions of various electrical appliances have to be discarded as useless and updated every year, and the recycle of these waste appliances have much effect on our economy and environment. It is very urgent for us to develop circular economy in this field, and reverse logistics is an indispensable approach to develop circular economy. The existence and development of reverse logistics makes the former logistics system no longer satisfy corporations'survival and development. It is a long and necessary task to realize the reconstruction of the logistics system of our country's electrical appliances manufacturing corporations under circular economy; However , the research on reverse logistics is now mainly based on research results from foreign countries; Most research is stressed on qualitative analysis and its modes, but less attention is paid to a single industry and based on our country's developing status; especially the research on reverse logistics system of electrical appliances manufacturing corporations is much less.Based on the background above, firstly, this paper concludes the theories and practice experience in this field .then to satisfy the demand of electrical appliances manufacturing corporations, it establishes the decision frame and set up index system which direct how to operate reverse logistics.also it uses analytic hierarchy to choose the third-party reverse logistics provider.Finally,This paper studies the reverse logistics system of electrical appliance manufacturing corporations from the tactic level(network programming),strategy level(stock strategy) and operation level (production planning ) separately.For each level , the research results of relative fields have been summarized in this thesis; in addition, research on models and analysis on examples have been made with consideration of circumstances of our country's electric appliance manufacturing companies.The main innovations in this paper: 1. Bothe the qualitative analysis and quantitive research on three levels are based on the reverse logistics characters and sorts of the electrical appliances, such as the product life cycle and returns variability, recycle mode and recycle process. 2.
