| Nowadays the stress issue has been paid more and more attention.Although the research on the railway drivers’s tress started long time ago, most of them focused on the status of stress, the consequences of the stress and how to make measures to stop the stress. With the development of China’s High-speed Railway, the high job stress of a new group which is called High-speed Railway driver is coming out. Diversified measures should be taken if we want to solve the stress problem. This paper is aimed at finding an effective way to decrease the impact of the job burnout, and there is about two aspects need to be concerned:the original source of stress and the psychological capital.Firstly, by referencing literature, this paper found the unstudied field in High-speed Railway driver group; at the same time, the questionnaires to evaluate the psychological capital and the job burnout were made out based on the formers’ research. Secondly,the collected data from the investigated High-speed Railway drivers had been used to find the situation of psychological capital and job burnout; it also helped to build a SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) which identified that the self-efficiency,hope and resiliency all had moderating effective in the relationship of job stress and job burnout, while the optimism had mediating effective in the relationship of job stress and job burnout. Thirdly related advice had been given according to the analysis of the collected data. |
