| The core competitiveness of the auto industry is depends on researchers. Along with the number of independent brand increasing, so is the competition of automobile industry. Psychological capital as a positive state of mind may influence the individual production efficiency. This study was about psychology capital, job stress and burnout, analysis the situation of research personnel’s job stress and burnout. By taking survey of236researchers of the atuo industry, the conclusions of this study as follows:(1) the auto researcher’s stress was in medium level, professional development was the primary source of job stress.(2) the auto researchers’ stress had significant differences in sex, marriage, age, education and job level.(3) the researchers’ burnout had significant differences in marriage and education.(4) job stress and burnout had significant positive correlation; role overload and career development had significant effect on emotional exhaustion; role conflict and career development had significant effect on cynical pressure; the qualitative of role overload and role ambiguity had significant effect on personal diminished accomplishment.(5) psychological capital and job stress had significantly negative correlation: optimism had significant effect on role ambiguity, role conflict and career development; toughness had significant effect on role overload, responsible for others; self-efficacy and toughness had significant effect on qualitative role overload.(6) psychological capital and job burnout had significant negative correlation: toughness had significant effect on emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment; optimism had significant effect on burnout; hope had significant effect on cynicism diminished personal accomplishment.(7) in the impact of psychological capital on job burnout, job stress had partial mediator effect. |
