BBG company as a private enterprise in Hunan Province, In the fierce market competition, companies must focus on staff training management, in order to continuously improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, therefore, the BBG staff training management research for the development of the company has extremely important practical significance.BBG company from the status quo in terms of training, along with the management gradually began to realize the importance of training within the company increased staff training efforts, such as raising funds, the diversification of courses and times of training, both has been greatly improved, but the company’s employee training management still exist some problems. In this paper, the use of the basic theory of human resource management training, combined with the actual problems of BBG, BBG staff for training management improvements.In this paper, the definition of training are explained, based on the research goal and the significance, pointed out the necessity of staff training, and briefly describes the present situation of research on management training and theory and related training, focuses on what is the training system and training system, in this paper BBG company’s organizational structure and human resources were introduced, the company’s existing staff training management were analyzed, and through the questionnaire survey to find out the current system problems, including the lack of effective demand analysis, training resource selection is not scientific, training effect evaluation becomes a mere formality. Then, this paper puts forward the optimization of management training company BBG measures, including improving the training needs analysis, targeted to develop training programs, course selection on the effectiveness of various training methods, the establishment of scientific, evaluation, training plan for internal training division team.
