In the context of the slowdown of macroeconomic growth,the deepening of power system reforms,and the changing market environment of power grid companies,this paper applies interviews and questionnaire survey methods to in-depth analysis of personnel training management and optimization of Yunnan Power Grid Company.The analysis shows that in recent years the company has made remarkable achievements in employee training management and construction.But at the same time,there are also some deficiencies:the training of employees is not well-targeted;the enthusiasm and initiative of employees to participate in training are insufficient;the training resources are invested and the construction of training facilities is inadequate;the quality of training evaluation is not high.From the company's point of view,the main reasons include:analysis of staff training needs is not deep enough;training methods are relatively single;capital investment is less.In response to the above problems and their causes,this paper proposes corresponding improvement measures.First of all,in the analysis of training needs,we must improve performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms,conduct in-depth analysis of employee training needs through performance appraisal,strengthen the application of questionnaire surveys,interviews with employees,and explore how to improve the training of targeted and enthusiasm for employee participation in training..Secondly,in the aspect of improvement of training methods,appropriate training methods should be selected according to the type of training;the introduction of new technologies and new methods should be emphasized in the training content,and efforts should be made to diversify the training methods.Finally,in the aspect of improving the quality of training effect evaluation,it is necessary to optimize the design of evaluation plans,strengthen the measurement of training effectiveness,and optimize the training evaluation mechanism.In addition,at the company level,it is necessary to provide strong guarantees for the strategic planning,organization and management,funding,and faculty of human resources.This study has certain reference value for improving and optimizing the management of Yunnan Power Grid Company employees' training,and has certain reference value for the construction of other domestic power grid company employees'training and management.It also has certain practical significance for enriching the research on the training of domestic enterprises.
