Along with the transfer of industrial space on the international and industry levels improved, China’s sustained economic growth, electronic banking channels as a new way of running the commercial banking business development, has become an important part of the banking business, show business image and competitiveness is playing an increasingly important role. Electronic banking customers value through qualitative research, targeted customer base. And identified factors that influence the relationship between electronic banking customers, managers find the crux has targeted for improvement, help improve the products and features, to provide electronic banking services, improve customer satisfaction, to achieve customer differentiation of management, this relatively lower operating costs and enhance the Bank’s competitiveness.Chinese scholars’research on electronic banking GUI, already from the beginning on the qualitative description of technical solutions, development strategy, the development of quantitative research on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Although there are many academics on Internet banking customer satisfaction and customer loyalty for developing GUI, but these involved customer relationships in the GUI of factors affecting less developed. So the text focuses on survey methods to develop GUI effects e-banking customer relationships, provide a scientific basis for electronic banking management.First to explain the background and significance of the research in this article, discusses the concepts, predecessors to develop GUI based on the results of the presented models and hypotheses. Assumption is verified through empirical research and data analysis, we concluded that the conclusions of this paper, based on conclusions for e-banking how to improve relationships with customers has made some practical recommendations.
