The Risk Management Research Of Accounts Receivable Pledge Financing Of Supply Chain Finance

In foreign countries, Accounts Receivable Financing as an innovative financing model has been widely used on businesses. However, in our country until the promulgation of the2007"Property Law", was a breakthrough that the "security law " provides only securitized bonds in order to limit the pledge of rights as a subject. T The new law provides as a general creditor of the receivable can be used as the subject of pledge of rights, which promotes the emergence of receivables financing business in the domestic financial institutions. Although the use of financing receivables and other movables to solve the difficult problem of corporate finance provides effective solution, but as a new mode, Pledge of Accounts Receivable financing makes challenges to the bank which rely on real property.In practice, though banks have launched their own accounts receivable financing products, because the lagging business risk management philosophy and the relative lack of experience of the operator, accounts receivable modes are just "in name only." In practice,the banks need to establish a set of their own risk management and control mode or processes to achieve both effectively monitor risk, and can contribute to the stability progress of the business. Therefore, the risk management of accounts receivable financing becomes the primary problem faced by banks.This paper selects the hot spot of receivables pledge financing under supply chain finance. Firstly, introduces the supply chain finance, because in practice the banks put the accounts receivable finance into the supply chain finance to risk management.Secondly the paper introduces the general procedure of the accounts receivable. Then under the main line of the supply chain finance risk management, follow the steps of risk management, from risk identificationâ†'risk assessmentâ†'risk control to analyze the risk management of receivables pledged under the supply chain finance; Then through the A bank’s introduction of relevant case studies, further describes how to control the risk of bank accounts receivable financing pledge in operation. Finally, according to the authors’the internship experience, gives some suggestions of the accounts receivable financing risk management, in order to improve the accounts receivable financing continuous innovation and development as well as provide new risk prevention ideas.
