Under the background of global economic situation changing and development of China’s economic and social transformation, Zhejiang Specialized Market faces many challenges from the regional economic restructuring, industrial change, and the rise of new economic format etc., especially e-commerce’s penetration and impact. It makes the existing development model of Specialized Market unsustainable and urges upgrade.
