The rural economic structure and productive structure are optimized and adjust. The production and life style also have great changes. On the other hand, some of the problems is faced that in the process of modernization in the rural economic and social development in China, are increasingly outstanding,"San Nong" question is become the important factor that impact the rapid development of economic and social harmony&stability. So faced with the impact of modernization,it is very important to realize the smooth transition of the rural economic and social development.The first chapter and the second chapter of this article mainly introduced the research background and research progress at home and abroad. By reviewing the related literature, summarized and reviewed that the main hot spots and problems of rural economic transformation at home and abroad. At present, the academia for rural economic transformation research mainly focus on the transformation of background, motivation, influence factors and so on, then the view of this articles that the rural economic transformation development is the important guarantee that realize the rural economic and social sustainable development.The third chapter mainly introduces the development present situation and the existing problems around the modernization process of Chinese rural. Starting from the modernization of our country, based on the thorough analysis in the process of our modernization in the countryside and the characteristics of rural development, the article thinks that it exists some problems in current rural economic and social development, like the phenomenon of de-agrarianization is outstanding, the rural local characteristics are disappearing, the harmonious development of rural is facing challenges, the rural ecological environment is getting worse and so on. And the characteristics of rural development are the rapid development of rural economy, obvious non-agricultural trend of rural industrial structure, higher standards of living, continuously improvement of rural infrastructure, the obvious progress of rural social undertakings.The fourth chapter mainly elaborated the theoretical basis, models, ways and transformation goals of the economic transformation about the modern countryside. From the theory on urban and rural harmonious development and industrial structure evolution theory, this article put forward three models:the development pattern of exogenous, development model of endogenous and the development pattern of integrated, and four ways of the economic transformation:achieve transformation by developing the modern agriculture, promote transformation by implementing the industrialization, promote transformation by developing the tourism, realize comprehensive transformation through the comprehensive development. The goal is to realize the the sustainable development of economy, society, culture and environment.The fifth chapter is a case study. It mainly reviews the general situation and development course of Huayuan village, and analyzes the the power, path, pattern of economic transformation, and evaluates the transformation of village, summarizes the experiences. Huayuan village was chosen as a case because it is one of "ten most famous village", and it is an example of rural modernization in our country. Then it has certain reference significance to the transformation of other rural areas in China. This article reviewes the overview of Huayuan village and introduces the four experience processes:the stage of single mode agricultural, the early stage of industrialisation, the stage of science and technology industry leading, the stage of multiple comprehensive development. And it analyzes the inner and outer power of transformation in Huayuan village, concludes that the development is the type of self-reliance which is mainly for the intrinsic motivation. On the basis of the above analysis, it in-depth analysis the path of economic transformation, we found that the village through the path.such as high-tech industries, modern agriculture, characteristic tourism, has formed the development pattern of "one main body and diverse"which is dominated by high-tech industry and other industries,is a kind of endogenous development model. Then assesses the level of economic transformation. Finally, it summarizes the experiences of economic transformation.The sixth chapter is conclusion and outlook.Through the theory and case study of modern rural economic transformation:economic transformation is an important approach to realize the modernization,rural economic transformation has obvious path dependence,the village elite is the key to realize the economic transformation.
