In the information age, the ever-changing world put forward a more serious challenge to the business leaders, which require not only the strategic vision but also the excellent leadership.Excellent leadership requires leaders with basic skills of leadership, but also leadership characteristics of the information age, and this is the E-leadership.However, studies about the e-leadership,in particular, the enterprise e-leadership is still in the initial phase of the study. Most of the relevant literatures are about the research of the education or president e-leadership,only sporadic research articles are about the enterprise e-leadership.Therefore, this paper, basing on their findings and considing the actual situation of the enterprise and the status and responsibilities of the business leaders, dose the initial study about the definition of the executives e-leadership, the structural model and the evaluation system, hoping to give business leaders to provide some reference and guidance.This paper, in reference to the extensive literatures,presents the hierarchy of the e-leadership,including corporate executives layer,Information officer layer,and business executives layer.This article is mainly from the perspective of business executives focused on the contents of the executives e-leadership. This paper,firstly,puts forward the definition and the initial structure model of the executives e-leadership. Then,this paper,consulting views and opinions of experts and business leaders,in the form of the questionnaire,and in the use of factor analysis to correct the initial structure model,ultimately gives the corrected structure model of the executives e-leadership.On this basis,this paper also establishes the evaluation indicator system of the executives e-leadership, and gives the weight of each indicator.Then in use of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the paper gives the comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, this paper gives a case to validate the findings and confirms the availability of the study.As the study of the executives e-leadership is still in the initial stage, the future esearch directions and fields are broad, this paper finally gives future researchers some directions for reference and hopes that there will be more and more relevant search findings.
