Research On Science Structure Of Information Technological Economics

Following the information technology development, the information technology almost is sunk into each industry in our society and the influence on economy by information technology is become much stronger. The issue between information technology and economy is become more distinct and there are more and more issues between information technology and economy. It is necessary to develop a new branch of technological economics, Information Technological Economics, on the view of technological economics. Because the subjective and external condition, the paper of this paper can not reseach on Information Technological Economics, and only reseach on Science Structure of Information Technological Economics. That is this paper's orientation.The paper of this paper, at first, based on the requirements of our society and the information technology development, analyse the necessity of founding the science structure of Information Technological Economics. Then the paper pay much more attention on describe the five fundament principles and flow and method of foundation of Information Technological Economics, analyse the characteristics of science structure of information technological economics, and discuss the relationship between the construction of information technological economics and the science of information technological economics. The second, the paper describe the basic constructions and composing of science structure of information technological economics, including the conspectus, theories, methods and applications of information technological economics. The third, the paper also analyse the applications of information technological economics with the example of technological economics evaluation of small ERP system. At last, as the extending of construction of information technological economics, the paper analyse the relationship between information technological economics and information economics.There are fiver innovations in this paper.(1) The paper put forward the rules, the flow and method which we should be kept to while we establish the structure of information technological economics. This paper describe five rules, they are the development rules of science, the development rules of study, the basic constructions of technological economics, the development rules of information technology and according to the constructions of the other branches of technological economics. Meanwhile, the paper analyse the flow and method of foundation of Information Technological Economics from the foundation flow and method of science structure of general study in this part.(2) It is the first time to research and put forward the four directions structures of science structure of information technological economics, they are the conspectus, theories, methods and applications. The paper describes the basic constructions and composing of science structure of information technological economics combined with the characteristics of information techlonogical economy, including the conspectus of information technological economics, the theories of information technological economics, the methods of information technological economics and the applications of information technological economics.(3) The paper reseach and put forward the soft and hard classification of information technology and information industry, and describe the detail composing of the soft information technology, the hard information technology, the soft information industry and the hard information industry. Meanwhile, this paper describes the necessary of the soft and hard classification of information technology from three aspects and the different economics characteristic of the soft information technology and the hard information technology.(4) This paper put forward the economic increment model of information technology. It is based on the new classicality economic increment model and the new economic increment model, and adds the factors of information technological, gives out the count method with mathematics and logic method in the economic increment model of information technology, and make it be feasible on operation and implementation.(5) The paper put forward the symbol model of economic effect of information technology and the four kinds of economic effect coefficients of information technology, describe the relationships among the four kinds of economic effect coefficients of information technology. Meanwhile, the paper put forward the basic social indexs of information technological solution. And put forward the basic technological indexes and microeconomical indexes of the technological evaluation of small ERP system.
