Organizational cynicism is widely found in various industries, and its impact on the organization cannot be ignored. In recent years, research on organizational cynicism abroad is booming, however, this studywas one of the few at domestic. First we elaborated the concept, research methods, current research oforganizational cynicism,and then analyzed the mechanism of job resources and organizational cynicism,and conducted empirical research in China.This study used questionnaires, literature analysis to explore relationships related to job resources andorganizational cynicism. More than500employees in82enterprises across the country were investigatedthrough on-site questionnaires. We took advantage of various statistical analysis techniques,theconclusions are as follows:First, the employees who have different gender, age, education background, work experience andnature of business, there are significant individual differences in organizational cynicism.Second, the relationship between job resources and organizational cynicism is as follows, the fourdimensions of job resources have a significant negative impact on organizational cynicism belief, affect andbehavior respectively. Job insecurity partially played the mediated role between the four dimensions of jobresources and organizational cynicism.Third, the optimism played remarkable moderating role between job insecurity and organizationalcynicism. In specific, optimism played remarkable moderating role between job insecurity andorganizational cynicism belief, affect, and it has no remarkable moderating role between job insecurity andorganizational cynicism behavior.Fourth, job insecurity is a moderated mediator between job resources and organizational cynicism.Finally, the innovation, inadequate and the problem which need to be solved further about research aredescribed.
