Financial Support Mechanism’s Optimization Research Of Anhui Small Medium-Sized Technology-Based Enterprises

Economic practices around the world show that small and medium-sized enterprises play a crucial role in keeping the stable growth of economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are not only for the development of the national economy but also provide a lot of jobs. Since the late1970s, significant reforms that have taken place in our economic system change the way for the development as a variety of ownership coexist. Since then, China’s small and medium-sized enterprises both in quantity and in terms of overall size have a bigger development. In recent years, small and mid-sized enterprises enhance their historical position for the construction of an innovative country of science and technology, which take the full advantage of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for innovation entrepreneurship. In today’s rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises, many problems have emerged:the lack of efficient financial support system is severely restricted the healthy development of small and mid-sized enterprise, academia and industry have made a lot of research that the financial is how to support the real economy. But so far, financial support system for small and mid-sized enterprises are not make it well at all. A lot of problem is not solved, such as:unequal phenomenon of supply and demand of capital, the serious lack of guarantee system, the high threshold of direct financing channels and so on. Look at it from the theory and reality, healthy and rapid development of national economic stability is needed to accomplish, improving financial support system of the small and mid-sized enterprise is the top priority. The problem of financial support of small and medium enterprises now has already been attached great importance to the academia and industry, and it also become the social focus.Based on the analysis of a large number of results of previous researches using the certain theory to understand the development situation of domestic small and mid-sized enterprises, defining the connotation of the small and mid-sized enterprise and analyzing the role and social status of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises. To understand the present situation and restricting factors of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises in Anhui province and to understand the necessity of financial support. Concrete analysis from the perspective of dynamic mechanism and operating mechanism is made to optimize the methods. Selecting part of the data of listed companies to do comparative analysis is for a certain conclusion, constructing the framework of performance evaluation of financial support for small and mid-sized enterprise, finally it is concluded that concrete suggestions for Anhui province.
