The Analysis Of The Efficiency Of New Urbanlzation In China

Urbanization marks the level of the social development of one country or district. In our country, in the process of new urbanization, more and more problems become prominent. To meet with the new requirements of the development of urbanization in Party’s18Report, we must improve traditional mode of development, make ecological construction and environmental protection into the system of new urbanization, which to improve the efficiency of China’s urbanization development.Research approach of the paper:First, on the basis of reviewing urbanization on efficiency of domestic and foreign research, the author tries to determine research direction and methods. Then, choosing the index to set model in order to make the empirical analysis of the efficiency and the results, making horizontal and vertical analysis between eastern、central and western area. Finally, depending upon the analysis I try to get the policies to improve the efficiency.The main conclusions:the overall efficiency in China is not high, and there be seriously regional imbalance. Among them, the new urbanization efficiency in eastern is highest, which is much higher than the normal level of the country, moreover, the difference in eastern area is the biggest. In some areas of west from2002to2011ranked in the front, and the rank score is little difference with central region. Central and eastern regions are not able to form a good linkage mechanism the efficiency is not that high. Overall efficiency in10years has been little improved, but there is a slow decline trend. Therefore, in the process of development in the future, the policy should pay attention to coordinate the area balanced development to format a urban linkage mechanism, which can make the development of urbanization to be better and faster for improving overall efficiency.
