Urbanization is the core of the new urbanization. Since China’s reform and openingup, along with all kinds of urban area expanding, it produced a large number of land-lostfarmers, the farmers to China’s urbanization process has made a great contribution andsacrifice, if they can timely be integrated into the urban life, making the populationurbanization and land urbanization synchronization, is an important index to measurewhether the urbanization is healthy. Therefore, promoting the urbanization of land-lostfarmers, has become an important content of new urbanization in our country at presentstage, and the objective needs of achieving the integration of urban and ruraldevelopment,with the development of social harmony.This paper though research in-depth on land-lost farmers in shajing street, red valleybeach,Nanchang and Huangjinling street,Ganzhou development zone,systematicallyunderstands the life situation and demands of the land-lost farmers, and from five aspectsincluding the land expropriation compensation, employment pressure, the communityconstruction, social security and social integration, analysis in-depth the difficulties inthe process and reasons of land-lost farmers urbanization. Through the process ofland-lost farmers urbanization, and internal and external environmental factor analysis,on the theory of system dynamics and domestic related theory to study dynamicalmechanism of land-lost farmers urbanization, looking for dynamic mechanism ofaffecting the process of land-lost farmers urbanization deeply, constructing dynamicmechanism model of land-lost farmers urbanization,and putting forward to themechanism cultivating countermeasures of land-lost farmers urbanization.Research shows that: at present, the overall situation of the land-lost farmersurbanization is not optimistic, mainly the land compensation fees of land-lost farmers ismainly used for basic life safeguard, less used in non-agricultural business; Land-lostfarmers have disadvantages on the payroll; The "building" community of land-lostfarmers faces the threat of becoming "slum" in the city; The defects of land-lost farmers’social security system; Land-lost farmers have difficulties into urban life and otherpractical difficulties. Land-lost farmers urbanization as a systems engineering, its internaldynamic mechanism is mainly driven by internal and external driving force under theaction of formation, the paper is from the internal thrust of power system, the externaldriving force, carrier platform building and dynamic mechanism framework to build thedynamic mechanism of land-lost farmers urbanization.This paper finally from the government level(deepening the reform of householdregistration system reform, land expropriation compensation system, perfecting socialsecurity system, strengthening the land-lost farmers employment and entrepreneurial guidance and support), the community level(strengthening the construction of "building"community management, strengthening the construction of "building" communityorganizations, strengthening the construction of "building" community culture,optimizing the software environment of land-lost farmers urbanization) and theindividual level(strengthening the construction of land-lost farmers’ human capital, thetransforming the mode of life exchanges) puts forward suggestions on the process ofland-lost farmers urbanization, so as to offer to the relevant policies as reference topromote land-lost farmers urbanization.
