With the improvement of people’s living standard, the enhancement ofenvironmental awareness, we pay more attention to healthy food, especiallygreen food and the organic food is popular by the people. In this trend, driven byenvironmental protection, low toxicity, no residue obtained, biological pesticideproduction enterprises have also developed rapidly, but also resulted in a highlycompetitive market environment. Biological pesticide enterprises, how to surviveand develop in the competitive environment, is the issue of great concern toenterprise managers, the key problem is also to determine how to developbiological pesticide industry. Therefore, in order to develop a suitable enterprisestatus for the enterprise, can play a vital strategy for the future development ofthe existing competitive advantage for the enterprises.In this thesis, taking DQ company as the research object, through theanalysis of the external face of the company’s macro environment and internalresources, making use of PEST,5-force model, SWOT, External factorevaluation matrix, Internal factor evaluation matrix, QSPM analysis tool matrixscience, opportunities for the company in the current competitive environment isgreater than threats, companies should maximize the opportunities of nationalsupport policies and the global economic integration for the enterprises, toovercome the threat of raw material prices, and the bargaining power ofcustomers increasing. At the same time, also found some defects in the companymanagement, lack of management personnel, lower degree of information. Butthe company also has advanced production technology, stable and high levelof scientific research team, the vast marketing network advantages. Throughthe company’s own advantages can make up for its disadvantages. The thesisargues that companies should seize the opportunity to play their own advantages,enhance company competition ability, and to develop suitable competition strategy for DQ company. In order to complete the competitive strategyimplemented successfully, this thesis put forward the concrete measures toensure the smooth implementation of the competition strategy in organizationstructure, human resources, technology innovation, marketing, corporate cultureetc. Not only has very high practical value to DQ company, but also a referencefor other enterprises.
