The progress of the times, raise the level of technology, provides a newdirection for the development mode of power supply company, and it’s businessmodel has been transformed into relying on the Internet and intelligent fordevelopment. With the national adjustment on the total scheme to powercompany, and with some policies and regulations of publishing, variousmunicipal power companies, not only in technology, but also need the internaloperation management mode, continue to seek a breakthrough. Theintensification of market competition, customer contest and service quality hasbecome the main target of the development of the power supply company, inorder to adapt to the development of market environment, enhance their ownstrength, through the value theory as the basis, technical characteristics andenvironmental conditions, combined with the power of their companies, lookingfor enterprise development pattern, in these changes, with intensive managementis the core of the theory of continuous development and growth, has become thefocus of the reform project of enterprise development pattern. This paper mainlyresearched the H power supply company of intensive management, combinedwith customer demand, customer value orientation as the starting site, researchintensive management.In this paper, by analyzing the general idea of H power supply company’sbusiness profile and intensive management, determine the intensive managementpurposes, is to construct the system, the establishment of standard system,constructing the information communication support system, the establishment ofa unified corporate culture and system of security guarantee for the purpose of. Inorder to ensure the intensive management project, this paper analyzesrespectively from three aspects plan system, operation system and marketing system, the system of customer demand for each advantages were analyzed andsummarized, and the construction of three systems is discussed, the content ofeach system are detailed with paper, and introduces three system establishmentprocess. At the same time in order to ensure the plan system, operation systemand marketing system to construct smoothly, respectively introduces the specificprotection measures.
