Since the1990s,with the development of human society and the acceleration of economic globalization, more and more attention has been paid to radical innovation, radical innovation plays an important role for the promotion of the development of enterprises and the enhancement of the international competitiveness of a country. However, due to its long cycle and high risks etc., many companies face the innovation dilemma, managers can not find the appropriate organizational patterns for radical innovation, and the ordinary organizational patterns turns to fail. So organizational flexibility comes into business competition has become historically necessary. Therefore, the research about the impact of organizational flexibility on enterprises’ performance of the radical innovation.Firstly, on the basis of existing literature research, this paper divided organizational flexibility into structural flexibility, resource flexibility, capacity flexibility and cultural flexibility, and analyzed performance of radical innovation from two aspects:performance of radical process innovation and performance of product innovation. Based on this, we established a model of the impact of organizational flexibility on radical innovation, and proposed hypotheses of this research with environmental turbulence as a moderator. Secondly, refer to previous studies, we designed the scale of this study, and formed the formal questionnaire after modified by pretesting. Finally, analyzed the collected sample data with descriptive statistics and reliability analysis by SPSS19.0, researched the sample with validity analysis and structural equation model by AMOS7.0, and verified the moderating effect of environment turbulence with regression analysis by SPSS19.0.The conclusions drawn in this paper include:(1)the four kinds of organizational flexibility (structural flexibility, resource flexibility, capability flexibility, cultural flexibility) have positive effects on the enterprise’s performance of radical process innovation and product innovation.(2)The technology turbulence and market turbulence play a regulatory role on organizational flexibility in the performance of radical innovation. Finally, according to empirical results, we made some suggestions about improving the performance of radical innovation based on the organizational flexibility for the company.
