With the increasingly market competition, commercial banks have made the SMEs’credit business become a strategic choice to deal with changes in financial situation. In order to expand the share in the SMEs credit market and improve its economic benefits, numbers of domestic commercial banks introduced a new credit mode-"credit factory". A is a branch of a large commercial bank which copied and promoted the "credit factory" mode since2009. It has already made some achievements, but still needs to be improved.This paper use case studies, comparative analysis combine with relevant theories to analyze the current situation of A bank’s "credit factory" credit mode, and found it can create more benefit. After the analysis of three cases and the comparison with the "credit factory" credit mode of other commercial bank, find some problems:lack of specialize-tion, imperfect marketing system, incomplete risk management measures, uncompetitive products, low proportion of credit loans. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and counter-measures aimed at hitting a healthy and rapid development road that A bank can set foot on during its SMEs credit business. Moreover, those suggestions can bring inspiration to other commercial banks to develop their SMEs credit business.
