According to the strategy and thinking for develop the loan business for small and medium-sized enterprises in the head office,Inner Mongolia branch of Bank A copied and promote the credit factory model of small and medium-sized enterprises in 2010.Credit factory is the concrete practice of bank business process reengineering theory,which was first put forward by Singapore's temasek holdings Co.LTD.Its difference with the traditional mode of credit fundamental lies in the credit factory is imitation factory,and all of the credit business process can be divided into front,middle and post phase and integrated in the same sector,it conducts batch process just like standardized factory's manufacturing business.Inner Mongolia branch of Bank A adopted the credit factory model to carry out the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises,which effectively improves the efficiency and quality of financial services and services for small and medium-sized enterprises,and has achieved good economic and social benefits.But with the rapid development of business,risk management has failed to keep pace with the business development.Risk management has encountered some problems and shortcomings.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the risk management of the credit factory of small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia branch of Bank A.On the basis of introducing the present situation of the risk management of the credit factory,this paper analyzes the risk identification,risk quantification and risk control of the credit plant from the point of view of the credit risk management process,and finds out the existing problems in the processes of the risk management,and puts forward some pertinent optimization suggestions.In the part of risk identification,this paper first identifies the major risks faced by the credit factory from the potential side,the concentration of credit,and the collateral.Secondly,the main problems of the risk identification are analyzed,including the shortage of soft information collection in the pre loan investigation,the inaccurate verification of the credit quota required in the loan,and the failure to identify the effective risk identification of the post loan risk early warning system.Finally,it is proposed that credit risk process management should be strengthened in the risk identification link,and asset portfolio management strategy should be implemented.In the part of the risk quantification,credit factory has not yet formed a systematic risk quantitative index system.Aiming at this situation,this paper explores and constructs a "parameter + experienced" risk quantitative index system of small and medium enterprises,which is composed of expert experience and parameter index,and introduces the feasibility of the case of HF company in practice.It is proved that the index system can make the complicated risk assessment through systematic guidance,and can draw a quantifiable conclusion.It has strong maneuverability,reasonable design and can be used in practice.In the part of risk control,this paper analyzes the main existing problems,including the existence of pattern replication,deviation from the original intention of the credit factory design and the relative weakness of the internal control of credit risk.Aiming at the problem,this paper puts forward the risk control return to the credit factory mode,perfect the internal control mechanism,strengthen the guarantee management optimization and other optimization suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to provide useful references for steady and healthy development of credit factory business in Inner Mongolia branch of Bank A and other banks which promote the model.
