| Abstract:Since the Changsha High-Tech Industrial Development Zone was founded25years, after years of development, the construction of the park has achieved remarkable results. As the National Innovation Park, Changsha High-Tech Industrial Development Zone gave birth to a large number of potential for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and help them grow in the fierce market. Through the overall planning, the High-Tech Zone integrated of bank, venture capital mechanism, guarantee mechanism and other high-quality financial resources. The park set up a financial services platform system for small and medium enterprises. With professional services to small and medium-sized enterprises, The park help them become bigger and stronger. Therefore, this paper will start from the introduction of Changsha high-tech Zone platform for small and medium enterprises structure and status, combined with the related cases, then analysis of the main problems of the financial service platform, focus on effective measures to improve the financial service platform, and puts forward the related proposals.This paper used literatures, field survey method and combination method of qualitative and quantitative research. Firstly, based on the background and significance of research, The paper expounded the research direction, the frame, and introducing the relevant theories about financial service platform for small and medium sized enterprises. Secondly, introduces the background and the basic framework of financial service platform of small and medium enterprises in Changsha High-Tech Development Zone. Thirdly, the paper focus on the analysis of the present condition of platform in the debt financing, equity investment, etc. At the same time, with the typical financing case in financial services platform, the paper point out platform operation problems.
