Research On Intellectual Property Rights Financing Problems Of Small And Medium-sized S&t Enterprises In Taiyuan High-tech Development Zone

Science and technology are the primary productive force of the knowledge economy era.The competition between the enterprise and even countries manifested as competition ofScience and technology. The effective combination of technology and finance is boost motorto promote economic development. The financial support cannot meet the need of thedevelopment of science and technology. The lack of financial support becomes bottleneck oftechnological development. Therefore exploiting new financial channels for smalltechnology-based firms is imperative.This paper mainly studies the problem about intellectual property rights financing ofsmall technology-based firms in Taiyuan high-tech zone. First, the research background andsignificance of this problem is introduced. The definition of small technology-based firms andthe concrete exposition of relevant theoretical knowledge about intellectual property rightsfinancing is given. Secondly, by practical investigating the environment of intellectualproperty rights financing environment in Taiyuan high-tech zone, the perplexed factors thatinfluence it is analyzed and shown by fishbone diagram. This paper mainly proposed twomajor bottlenecks of intellectual property rights financing that is risk assessment ofintellectual property rights financing and the evaluation of the intellectual property value.Thirdly the empirical analysis part in this paper mainly discussed the two major bottleneckscombined whit concrete enterprise. We used risk matrix to assess intellectual property rights financing risk. the value of intellectual property was evaluated by the income approach basedon the profit-sharing rate. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions for intellectual propertyrights financing of small technology-based firms in Taiyuan high-tech zone is proposed fromthe macro, meso and micro aspects.
