According the needs of characteristic and preponderant industries, with the strong government administrative background and strong social credibility, and hardware of platform has become a high level in public welfare and opening,this paper on the existing service system integration, innovation, reconstructions the Rare Earth High-tech Zone’s SMEs services platform. Also it put forward constructing the government service system, technical support system, financial service system, training and consulting system, becomes the new service system for small and medium enterprises. What’s more,it lays the foundations for the advantage resources and small and medium-sized enterprises docking,focuses on solving the service efficiency and the problems of the weak synergy ability in the process of enterprise service department,and then improves the characteristics and advantages of industrial’s technology innovation ability and level in Rare Earth High-tech Zone.To enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the new normal, to further promote the sustained and healthy development of high-tech zone.
