Tianjin Port International Logistics Development Co., Ltd. is the joint venture subordinate to Tianjin Port Group Co., Ltd.. According to the general planning requirements of Tianjin Port Group to "build a world-class enterprise," International logistics company is positioned as "logistics real estate developer, logistics park operator, logistics service provider". Tianjin Port container clearance&inspection center has become the main carrier of "logistics service provider".Tianjin Port container clearance&inspection center is the only comprehensive centralized inspection yard integrated customs, inspection and quarantine together of Tianjin Port. Business involves to more than20small items types of inspection and quarantine. These businesses mainly rely on related policy of the customs and quarantine. Therefore, business process is designed referring to the laws of customs and quarantine. With the increase of business volume, original process is so cumbersome that customers need to be back and forth between the port and customs for several times, which has been unable to meet the needs of existing businesses. For inspection business, clearance&inspection center is in the position of monopoly and neglect to customer service. With the increase year by year of Tianjin Port throughput, gradual strengthening of inspection of customs and quarantine, and growing business volume of clearance&inspection center, supply and demand of are also increasingly prominent. Efficiency cannot be guaranteed when it is busy. Leadership of customs, inspection and quarantine also care about this matter and intent to open up other inspection site, so the reputation of clearance&inspection center has greatly affected, and uniqueness status has faced an unprecedented challenge.To solve the problem, clearance&inspection center must re-sort the existing business processes, improve and optimize, to improve operational efficiency, customsclearance efficiency and customer satisfaction by changing the process. Through the analysis of existing processes of clearance center, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, to find out the main problems affecting the efficiency of the inspection and clearance center in business processes. Proposed by simplifying the process, changing the way appointments, enhancing the level of information, vigorously promoting the "homeopathic inspection" and joint inspection mode, and introducing the concept of standardized assessment system nodes, to make diagnostics and optimization of business process of clearance center for the whole, so as to improve inspection efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, improve the overall efficiency of customs clearance Tianjin port of destination, and achieve good results.In summary, with the rapid development of clearance&inspection center in recent years, the existing business process cannot meet the needs of the developing situation, and becomes to a greater hinder to operation efficiency, so it must be optimized and improved. In this paper, the author discussed the optimization of business processes of clearance&inspection center. According to the operation status of clearance&inspection center, making practice to process analysis, problem identification, process rebuilding, information construction, performance evaluation and other aspects, with theory of management, human resources management, logistics process design, etc., in order to realize a substantial increase to inspection efficiency, improve customer satisfaction and strengthen existing position.
