Study On The Business Process Optimization Of Operation Center Of Northeast Securities

Northeast Securities Co.,Ltd.has a long-term development vision of "committed to customer growth and becoming a first-class modern financial service provider with scale,characteristics and core competitiveness",so it is of great significance to the optimization of the business process of the operation center.This article summarizes the analysis methods applicable to the operation center model and process optimization through targeted reading of literature and related data,combined with MBA management knowledge,and using advanced theories and research methods at home and abroad.This article introduces the positions and processes,analyzes the operations of the operation center by using the process reengineering theory and Six Sigma theory,and finds that the operation center has incomplete transaction centralized operation system construction;the information system is imperfect,such as the bank balance check still needs to be manually checked,The back-end system needs to be improved,the informationization progress on new business is slow,the system advantage is not maximized,the system cannot automatically prompt the operation time,etc.;the approval process is more complicated;the personnel construction lacks technical staff specialized in information system processing,Insufficient professionalism of employees and lack of planning for their careers.Through analysis,the necessity of optimization is more determined,and the objectives and principles of business optimization are determined.Specific methods of optimization are proposed through methods,and finally,safeguard measures for process optimization are proposed.The optimized solutions include completing the construction of a centralized transaction operation system;improving the information system;strengthening the construction of operations center personnel,deploying specialized information technology personnel,strengthening personnel training,systematically studying,training,and communicating,and strengthening employee career planning.Such optimization can achieve the effect of effectively improving the operating center's work efficiency and reducing labor costs.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are proposed to improve human resources,improve performance systems,and improve corporate culture.Through the research in this paper,the solution for the problems of the Northeast Securities Operation Center in terms of operation model,business process,and personnel construction is put forward.And carry out corresponding practice according to the process optimization theory,and the optimization plan is proposed.Implementation methods to ensure that the cost of the operation center can be reduced and the efficiency of the operation center can be improved after the implementation,thereby helping enterprises to achieve their strategic goals.
