The Countermeasure Research On Solving The Financing Problems Faced By Small And Micro Private Enterprises

In recent years, the small and micro private enterprise has developed rapidly, it plays an important role in achieving social stability and harmony. The flexible mechanisms of small and micro private enterprises have distinct advantages in technology, product innovation and other aspects. With the rapid development of China’s economy, small and micro private enterprise plays an important role in our economy, thus it is an important and indispensable component of our national economy.However, the development of small and micro private enterprise is also faced with difficulties. Among them, the financing difficulty is the bottleneck which limits the healthy growth of small and micro enterprises in the private sector. Although the countries have been taking some new policies to support small and micro private enterprises and make them gain a few faint of sunshine on the way of financing, the fundamental problems of small micro-private financing difficulties have not been solved. Under the influence of the economic crisis, coupled with control of monetary policy, this problem is getting worse. Therefore, solving the financing plight of the small and micro private enterprises has important and practical significance to the steady and rapid development of China’s economy.This paper goes into why small and micro private enterprises have the problems of financing difficulties by a comprehensive analysis of the problem of the private sector financing difficulties. In order to better understand the financing situation of small and micro private enterprises, this paper has a clear picture to analyze the problems by the form of sampling survey and interviews with the management employees of private enterprises. This thesis analyzes various reasons of financing difficulties of small and micro private enterprises on the base of the previous studies by using some methods such as theoretical analysis, case studies, or field research, and then proposes some own suggestions and methods to solve this difficult problem.Through research and analysis, it shows that we need the joint efforts to fundamentally improve the financing situation of small and micro private enterprises. The small and micro private enterprises need not only to strengthen self-construction, buy also gain the attention of financial institutions. Moreover, it particularly need the support of the governmental macroeconomic policies. Only when the financing problems are solved, small and micro enterprises can be able to continue the healthy and sustainable development, and the society will be more harmonious and steady.
