Research On Sino-US Trade Conflicts

The establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in1972facilitates the normalization of trade. The Sino-US trade relations laid on the diplomatic relations between China and the United States then became the catalyst and stabilizer to the relationship. The huge market potential and market demand developed the Sino-US trade relations more quickly and healthily. The high speed development of the Sino-US trade relations consolidates the relationship between China and the United States, thus the relationship between the two countries became the most complicated and important bilateral trade in the world. However, the interaction and conduction between the Sino-US trades produced the trade friction. The trade friction between the two countries is becoming more complexity and diversity due to the development of world economy. Otherwise, the trade friction is becoming the composite friction from the single one, friction of trading system from the simple one of commodity and even the friction of strategy and culture. Especially when our country stepped in the Twelve-Five planning successfully, the overall level of our country has a obvious enhancement and the Sino-US trade also has a high speed development. The mutual relationship between China and the United States are becoming more closely than ever before due to the further development of the globalized economy. Meanwhile, the trade friction presents an escalating trend, especially after the financial crisis in2008. This is the symbol of the complicated friction of national interest under the new world pattern named uni-multipolarity model.In recent years, our photovoltaic industry has a high speed development with the help and support from all parties and occupied some part of the overseas market, the photovoltaic industry in European and American markets are becoming shrinking from the financial crisis in2008to2011. What’s more, these countries also launched an "double inverse" investigation about our photovoltaic industry, which made our photovoltaic industry trapped in troubles and brought us tremendous losses.This article depends on International Trade, International Political Economy and so on, using the case that our photovoltaic industry troubled with the "double inverse" investigation to explore the history of Sino-US trade, the political reason of the trade friction, its features and the impacts from the historical materialism angle and realistic perspective.
