Research On The Upgrading Of Logistics Industrial Cluster Based On Regional Economic Interation

With the development of the regional economic integration, the logistics industrialcluster as a new industry mode is the need of logistics industry structural adjustment andeconomic development. The upgrading of logistics industrial cluster provides a newopportunity for the development of logistics industry and promotes the upgrading ofregional economic industrial structure and development. Therefore, it is of greatsignificance to research the upgrading of logistics industrial cluster.Firstly, this paper defined the concept and characteristics of logistics industrial clusteron which basis that the development characteristics and advantages of regional logisticsindustrial cluster were given and the interactive relationship between regional logisticsindustrial cluster and regional economy was discussed by using grey relational analysis.Then this paper constructed the influence index system of regional logistics industrialcluster upgrading on the basis of analyzing logistics industrial cluster present situation ofBeijing, Tianjin, Liaoning Guangdong province and analyzed the key factors that affectingregional logistics industrial cluster upgrading from the environment, government andmarket dimensions. In this paper, a multi-dimensional logistics industrial cluster life cycleidentification method was proposed and set Shenyang economic zone for example todetermine its life cycle stages and key points after applying principal component analysis(PCA), location entropy and logistic model, analyzed the form and avoid policy of the riskin different logistics industrial cluster life cycle stages. Furthermore, this paper gave theconcrete mode and path of logistics industrial cluster upgrading from the perspective offour modes of logistics industrial cluster development and gave the development mode andpath of Shenyang economic zone symbiosis mode logistics industrial cluster. Finally, thetargeted measures and suggestions of logistics industrial cluster upgrading were given.The research of logistics industrial cluster upgrading can contribute to makingspecific planning and guidance for logistics industrial cluster upgrading from the perspective of regional economic integration and providing support for governmentdecision making, it helps to improve overall competitiveness of logistics industrial clusterin our country and promotes the health and sustainable development of regional logisticsindustrial cluster.
