High-tech service innovation combines high-tech and management innovation inan organic whole. Driven by the movements of servitization in manufacturing,conversion of producer services market demand and restructuring of global valuenetwork, global industrial structure clearly accelerates the transition to modern serviceeconomy. Concentrating on the systematic solution, high-tech service innovation hasformed an open and module embedded network structure. Through ways to createvalue in dominant enterprises like resource interaction, information sharing,technology development et al, the value basis of high-tech service innovation networkis formed. Thus, it’s of great theoretical and practical significance to research on valueco-creation mechanism of dominant enterprises in high-tech service innovationnetwork in the context of strategic structural adjustment and the rapid rise of thehigh-tech industry. Also, it’s helpful for high-tech service innovation network todevelop rapidly and healthily as well as create far more value.Based on existing research, we analyzed the connotation, characteristics andstructure of high-tech service innovation networks. Referring to the modularization ofinnovation network, we divided the participants of network into service design module,service power support module, services content providing module, service technicalsupport module, service delivery carrier module and users. We also defined thedominant enterprises of the network. Then, we described the mechanisms including theconnotation, conditions, characteristics and process, etc of dominant enterprises valueco-creation in high-tech service innovation network. Based on the mechanisms above,we built a model of dominant enterprises value co-creation in high-tech serviceinnovation network and analyzed this model in aspects of its structure, operationmechanism and evolution trends. Ultimately, we took Apple mobile innovationnetwork as the empirical object to verify the theoretical reasoning and the model built.The results show that the participants and innovation form of high-tech serviceinnovation networks present a diversity situation. Within the network, the dominantenterprises remain the main source of innovation. Network interface standard andmodule interface rules are the basic preconditions to maintain the sustained andhealthy development of high-tech service innovation network. The mechanism ofdominant enterprises coupling and conjugate is the main mechanism of high-techservice innovation network value co-creation. The importance of user participation has become increasingly prominent for value creation. The boundaries of participants innetwork became fuzzy gradually. The overall value of the network presents a spiralingstate to rise. The research result of this paper has important inspiration and guidingsignificance for high-tech service innovation network governance and dominantenterprise value co-creation.
