The Influence Of Innovation Network Features Of High-Tech Service Industry On Innovation Performance

With the growing national economy,the demand for innovation in the market has shifted from technological innovation to service innovation,and the rise of high-tech services.The emergence of emerging services industry provides a broad space for the development of high-tech services,and more and more scholars are focusing on the development of high-tech services.China's high-tech service industry is in the early stage of development,low innovation performance,insufficient innovation motivation and other issues,how to further develop high-tech service industry,improve the innovation performance of high-tech service industry has become the focus of scholars research.In recent years,the Research of Innovation Network provides a way of thinking to solve the problem of high-tech service industry development.The construction of innovation network can help enterprises to obtain a wide range of innovative resources through shared knowledge and resource platform,promote the exchange and cooperation of members in the network,and accelerate enterprise innovation.In this context,the research extends the innovation network to the high-tech service industry,in order to solve the innovation performance problem of high-tech service industry through the Innovation Network related research.The vagaries of the market lead to the uncertainty of the innovation environment,combined with the views of existing scholars,tostudy the introduction of environmental uncertainty into the research of innovation network of high-tech service industry.Based on the research of Innovation Network and high-tech service industry,this paper analyzes the characteristics of innovation network in high-tech service industry from two aspects of innovation network structure characteristics and innovation network relationship characteristics.The characteristics of innovative network structure are divided into two dimensions of network scale and Network Center degree,and the characteristics of innovative network relationship in high-tech service industry are characterized by two dimensions of relational intensity and relational quality.At the same time,the innovation performance of high-tech service industry and the adjustment variable of researchenvironmental uncertainty are divided into dimension,according to the difference of innovation subject goal orientation,the innovation performance is divided into creation benefit and innovation output,and the environmental uncertainty is measured by environmental dynamics and environmental complexity.This paper constructs a theoretical model of the Influence of innovation network features of high-tech service industry on innovation performance,and uses questionnaire to obtain data for correlation analysis and regression test,and validates the research hypothesis.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The characteristics andrelationship characteristics of innovative network structure in high-tech service industry have a significant positive effect on the performance of Innovation Network,and(2)The influence of environmental uncertainty on the characteristics of innovation network and innovation performance plays a positive role in regulating,Among them,the influence of environmental dynamics on the characteristics of innovation network structure and innovation performance plays a positive role,and the influence of environmental complexity on the relationship between innovation network relation characteristics and innovation performance plays a positive role.
