With the deepening of political and economic reforms, the scale of migrantworkers is also growing, they have become indispensable force in the construction anddevelopment of urban society and a pivotal factor which is impacting the processingof modernization and urbanization. In recent years, migrant rural labor workers’ livingconditions graped deep concerns from our society and its social problems becomemore apparent. Firstly, the article analyzed living status of migrant workers based onthe observation datas nearly four years. Then select30indexs to build the evaluationsystem for the survival of migrant rural labor starting from the three kinds of demandfor migrant rural workers with the research object of the country’s migrant rural labor.We selected fuzzy AHP as measurement method to evaluated the survive status ofChina’s migrant rural labor. A further study was conducted in order to find thegenerational differences. Thirdly, this article discussed the related influence factors ofsurvival of the status of rural labor forcce. Finally, we summed up the main problemsrural labor force faceing, including poor working conditions, long working hours,overcrowding; low social insurance awareness, uneven proportion of insured; culturallife tends to be marginalized; lack of rights awareness and way; weak sense of belongsto city and so on. On this basis, some practical suggetions are proposed: guide socialattitudes change, promote the process of citizenship actively; standardize enterpriseemployment, improve the urban and rural labor markets; improving the social securitysystem, strengthen the sense of participation of social security system; construct goodurban culture environment, provide equal development platform between urbancitizen and migrant rurual labors; established management system servive for migrantlabors.
