Smart City is a city to achieve the transformation of economicdevelopment, improvement of urban functions, for the benefit of theresidents of the ideal model of urban development, in the city system,tourism as an important industry, information technology developmentand the city infrastructure is complete, a city or region to promote tourismprovides a new marketing mode, namely the tourism destination networkmarketing.Based on the smart city system to build the tourism destinationnetwork marketing system, this article from the part of smart travelsystem, and then starting from the tourism destination network marketingmodule, putting forward to the construction of the destination networkmarketing system and operation status of this system, and proposingevaluation system.The article consists of seven chapters, focusing on four and five. Thefirst chapter is the introduction that mainly introduced the domestic andforeign construction about the smart city and tourism destination networkmarketing system, these knowledge of the domestic and foreign in orderto have an understanding. The basic theory and concept of the definitionof second chapter is the basis of the full article. Introducing the knowledge of smart tourism, network marketing and destination networkmarketing, analyzing the intrinsic relationship between these three, allthese knowledge have laid a theoretical foundation for the specific way oftourism destination network marketing. The third chapter throughintroducing the smart tourism system includes that tourism public serviceplatform, tourism management system, tourism information system andnetwork marketing system to introduce the network marketing systemwhich laid a foundation for later to study tourism destination networkmarketing system; the fourth part is the focus of the full article, thesystem model is constructed from three aspects on the basis of theanalysis of the smart tourism destination network marketing strategy’sframework, the system function and the expected goal, The systemmodels are the model of smart city’s framework, the model of the internetof things, and the model of cloud computing. In order to ensure theeffective operation of the system, the evaluation mechanism of systemoperation was build. the fifth chapter is the extension of the fourth chapter,mainly study the specific methods of the destination network marketing;The sixth chapter to study and summarize the experience enlightenmentof the development of this system in Nanjing city through the systemmodel of the Nanjing’s tourism destination network marketing, in orderto make contribution to other cities to build the tourism destinationnetwork marketing system. The seventh chapter is the conclusion of the thesis, and also put forward the drawback which needs to continueefforts.
