The main content of this paper is a study of marketing strategy about ZR Intellectual Property Company. At first we analyzed the competition situation, marketing segment, service positioning in order to fix our target segment. Secondly we analyzed the problems of ZR under8Ps, especially analyzed the problems on promotion, place, process. Finally we made out particular marketing strategy for our target segment accordingly.The main approach used in this paper is:8Ps for services marketing, observation, example analyzing, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, deductive reasoning, and empirical approach. Quoting the data from ZR, economic data from extern, the competition situation, excellent model of the other service area, we made up the marketing strategy for the target segment gradually.The conclusion of this paper is that ZR should approve in the following aspect: Focus on those mini business, go to their shop to offer Intellectual service; Pricing considering cost, competition, service productivity, and difference of service place. Paying more attention on buzz marketing, Avoiding waiting, Improving the process of service and making the service more accurate; Hiring more salesman to get more contact with client, Providing a promise about time and following it, Enhancing communication and training, Eliminating understanding mistake.
