Application Research On Companies’ TPM Management

Above all, with thedevelopment of the electronic information technology, the high intelligence, highautomation features more and more obvious, its products often depend on the highstability and high reliability of the equipment as the key factor of market competition.From this view the level of equipment management directly affect the competitiveability of enterprise.As an important carrier of enterprise production, equipment is the key guarantee inquality and volume of productions. This paper aims at the high automation and theprocessing equipment condition of continues production, currently the disjointedmanagement between production and equipment, the specialization level of equipmentmanagement is not enough in float glass enterprise. The article take the SG as anexample, the searching object is the company’s improvement on its equipmentmaintenance which includes the self-preserve and professional preserve. Besides, thearticle tends to analysis SG how to practice TPM to improve the equipmentmanagement level and reduce the maintenance cost. The article makes use of theessence of TPM which is the prevention first; overall staff participation and zero effect,zero fault and zero wastage to improve the company’s equipment management level.Targeted proposed to carry out6s activities, the use of self-preservation for equipmentoperation and maintenance of equipment combined with professional security, it aims atestablishing full participation of enterprises to improve enterprise’s atmosphere andprofessional self-preservation and the preservation of implementation steps, theembodiment optimizing and improving the standard of design in order to improve management of SG equipment failure-prone situation, to promote SG equipment for theproduction of high quality products to provide effective protection, thereby reducingcosts and enhance the competitiveness of products in the market.The methods which solve the management problems of TPM are expected to havesome meaningful use to help many manufacturing enterprise especially to the float glassindustry.
