If the environmental investment operation is inefficient,we cannot effectively improve the quality of the environment, It is likely to increase pressureon the environment, and it can also waste a lot of social capital, which is extremelyunfavorable for the rapid development of Shandong Province in socialist modernizationperiod. Therefore, the research of the efficiency of investment in environmental protection isparticularly important.Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of the researches on domestic and foreign investmentin environmental protection, I will define the concept of environmental investments.
