With the accelerated pace of China’s reform, the vegetable industry in China has been anunprecedented development, the quality of vegetables and vegetable cultivation technologyhas been a qualitative leap, in the vegetable industry output value created beyond food cropsplanting value in some areas, as its dominant agriculture. As consumer awareness of brandloyalty, brand vegetables vegetable industry also developed with the tide of history, becomingthe vegetable industry a new growth point, but in the process of brand development andvegetables, the supply chain is a problem of its development drawbacks.All aspects of the brand vegetable supply chain in the chain are closely connected, forma close collaboration of multi-chain multi-node complex whole, any chain node problems willinevitably impact the run of entire supply chain. Given the characteristics of the product itselfand vegetables that demand for large and small elasticity of demand, the storage time is short,logistics and transport is difficult, as consumers necessities of life, safety and quality ofcustomer freshness of vegetables and vegetable products put forward higher requirements, toprotect the safety and freshness of vegetable products, and focus on developing brandvegetable supply chain to become the focus of the current vegetable industry. In brandvegetable supply chain, vegetable processing enterprises tend to become core areas, play akey role in connecting.
