The future development of the tobacco brands——terminal is the key. Tobacco companies need advanced management concepts and management techniques urgently to address the brand of the terminal stores the management of construction projects, also to increase brand awareness and reputation. In such situation, Shandong Tobacco Industries launched Taishan Brand terminal chain construction projects in early 2008. Taishan Brand terminal chain stores construction project is the company's key construction projects in 2011. As the project proceeded, a series of project management documents were introduced, although the terminal building to move forward. However, due to the lack of perfect and effective management, many tobacco companies' brand terminal construction project developed slowly, even failed. Tobacco companies need to learn advanced management concepts and techniques as soon as possible, in order to address the difficult management problems faced during the construction of brand terminal stores. According to this situation, this paper intends to use the project schedule management theory and methods on the projects of Taishan brand terminal stores construction. It has important practical and theoretical significance not only for improving the success rate of the project, but also for promoting project schedule management theory, and improving the management level of terminal and other projects of cigarette industry.In this thesis, Taishan brand terminal chain stores construction of Shandong Tobacco Industrial Cooperation is analyzed as a case. This thesis analyzed features of industrial enterprises' terminal construction under the special tobacco system of China, problems during the construction projects of Taishan Brand terminal chain, how to avoid running in the wrong road during the projects of Taishan Brand terminal chain stores construction, and how to ensure sustainable development of Taishan Brand terminal chain stores construction. The author was trying to use project schedule management theory and methods to the terminal Taishan brand stores construction projects. This trying is not only related to the success rate of the project, but also has important practical and theoretical significance in the promotion of the project management theory, which can improve the cigarette industry, the terminal project as well as other management level of various projects. From the point of project schedule management, this thesis provided the requirements and tools of the development schedule, the project schedule development process and time parameters of the calculation method, provided analysis of the reasonableness of the progress of the project and to identify where corrective measures need to be taken, determined the corrective measures, make sure the corrective action plan will be incorporated into the network to obtain updates, made the organization measures and management measures the key measures for the management and dynamic monitoring of the progress of the project. This thesis also used project performance measurement technique and other key measure to maintain dynamically updated progress of the project. The key measures and effective methods of project schedule management for Taishan brand terminal chain stores construction were also mentioned in this thesis, to improve its efficiency, and provide a reference for other industrial enterprises' terminal construction.
