Land use and land cover change (LUCC) is the result of natural factors and human factors combined effects. In recent years, land use conflicts growing,so carry on the prediction of land use land resources management, maintenance of regional social and economic sustainable development of great significance. In this study, by means of remote sensing images have been interpreted in Heilongjiang13farming-pastoral region areas Daqing, Qiqihar, Qinggang County, Gannan, Fuyu, Zhaoyuan County, Durbat Mongolia Autonomous Region,Longjiang, Anderson County, Lindian, Mingshui,Lanxi,Zhaodong,Zhaozhou County,Taylor County land use map2001,2012year. On the land use map in2012in Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region were analyzed to study the land use in Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region, combined with meteorology,DEM and other data analysis driving force of Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region land use.Combination of GIS and CA-MARKOV model to land-use maps in different periods and metastasis of different land use types, based on the Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region areas were predicted land use studyThe results showed that:(1) In the2001-2012years.in addition to saline, grassland decreased, but increased in varying degrees of arable land and water, which increases the area of9300.43square kilometers of farmland,an increase of330.39square kilometers waters.Saline reduced2431.21square kilometers, reducing7199.61square kilometers of grassland.(2) Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region farmland tend to be concentrated in the altitude of151m-200m range;waters, meadows, saline tends to concentrate in the altitude of101m-150m range. In the range above200meters in elevation, with increased elevation, increase the amount of arable land is less and less;increase the amount of water area is mainly concentrated in the range of101m-150m elevation, increasing the proportion was81%;increased saline the same trend and waters;while increasing the area of grassland is less and less as elevation increases, the elevation of101-150range,the largest area of grassland increased, the ratio reached50.58%.(3) Heilongjiang farming-pastoral region2023figure compared to the use of remote sensing interpretation of land use map and2012prediction land, arable land and water area will be increased, grasslands and saline area showed a decreasing trend.Elevation area large area of farmland and grassland into each other the most. (4) Driving force major consideration two aspects, namely the natural and social factors. Based on the processing of meteorological data and terrain data to make the relevant driving forces analysis, and social factors, including economic factors and population. Meteorological factors to consider, the temperature rises conducive to the growth of crops, leading to more areas suitable for growing crops appeared to accelerate the increase in the cultivated area. Precipitation gradually increased, the temperature gradually increased for agricultural development, governance and the use of saline considerable role, so reducing the saline area. Livestock production and farming, forestry and other industrial inputs compared to the presence of many big risk of unfavorable factors. The role of guidance services relevant to livestock production remained weak, limiting the development of animal husbandry.Farming-pastoral region is ecologically fragile areas, land use and land cover changes in the presence of a certain chance and necessity, therefore, the appropriate department should address the characteristics of different areas of land to develop a reasonable plan to improve the efficiency of land use and protection of the ecological environment stable and long-term sustainable development.
