The Research Of Pension Security Model About Rural Farming And Pastoral Areas Of Inner Mongolia

In recent years, the development of the urban social security system is relatively old age was improved, expanded coverage, and security system suited to the functions of support model increasingly significant. In contrast, accounting for about 70% of the total population of the rural population and agricultural labor force of old-age security, or to protect the traditional family-based or land protection. With the early arrival of the aging rural population, the resulting social problem caused by rural economic development has become an obstacle to an important factor, and has gradually evolved into solving the "three rural" issue of the bottleneck. Therefore, building a security system to adapt to rural old-age security model to be put on the agenda as soon as possible.This paper analyzes the pattern of domestic and international status of rural old-age security and the development process, on our current model of rural old-age security, it reviews. On this basis, for the current farming and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, the rural old-age security model type of accurate positioning, the process of detailed analysis of the mode and cause of the difficulties faced, focusing on building semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia meet the regional characteristics of the rural old-age security models.
