This paper analyzes land management status of Bayannuoergong pastoralarea in Alxa Zuoqi. Bayannuoergong’s mineral resources is very rich, itcaused the contradiction between grassland farming and enterprise because ofits non-standard mining. The government has no right to approve the miningcompanies in formalities. It embarrassed that they also need to deal thecontradiction with grassland farming and enterprises.Through detailedanalysis of the above questions, the implementation of various benefitagriculture and grassland farming policies—it can manage ranch, keep theecological balance, increase the income of herdsmen. But the implementationof the policy is only from top to bottom, never go deep into the folkinvestigation. However, they never care whether herdsmen was satisfied ornot.
