Talking About The Policy Of Grass And Livestock Balance In Pastoral Area And Its Existing Problems

This dissertation consists of the preface, the main content and the summary.The preface includes four parts respectively the selected topic aims, international and domestic research, research methods and brief presentation of the main content.In Chapter One, the implementation of the Forage-livestock Balance Policy is analyzed. The circumstance of pastoral area and the grassland deterioration in Sunit Baruun Banner, and the major background of the implementation of the Forage-livestock Balance Policy in Xinlingol and Inner Mongolia are particularly emphasized in this chapter.In Chapter Two, the implementation of the Forage-livestock Balance Policy in Sunit Baruun Banner is briefly discussed and the advantages, background, process, results and remaining problems of implementation of this policy are analyzed respectively.In Chapter Three, the influences of the implementation of the Forage-livestock Balance Policy in Sunit Baruun Banner are briefly discussed and some approaches and solutions for remaining problems are proposed.
