Since2008, because of the financial tsunami triggered by the real estatebubble and some related financial derivatives endanger the whole of theinternational financial market, the global economic slumped.Our country economy has received the unprecedented impact based on thisbackground. In recent years, The small and medium-sized enterprises inChina has experienced a historic test in the process. Dominant position of thesmall and medium-sized enterprises in our country has received the attentionfrom all walks of life, it affects the development of the Chinese economy’snerves. Because the vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises not onlyrelates to the region’s economic vitality, but also relates to the prosperity ofthe whole social harmony and stability.Although affected by the financial crisis, but under the government’s strongsupport, with the cooperation of in social institutions, the development ofsmall and medium-sized enterprises has got better soon. For more than30years of reform and opening-up, small and medium-sized enterprises in InnerMongolia have rapid development, has become a mainstay in the economicdevelopment of Inner Mongolia autonomous region of Inner Mongoliaregion’s economic development has made a great contribution. But at thisstage, due to the small and medium-sized enterprises, Banks and governmenthave various reasons, the difficulty of financing is in the process of thedevelopment of small and medium-sized enterprises in the main obstacles.The theory about the cause of the financing difficulties of small andmedium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongoliarelating a lot of research, such as:small and medium-sized enterprise own reason, the existing bankmanagement system is not reasonable, do not pay enough attention to the government for small and medium-sized enterprises financing support, smalland medium-sized enterprise financing credit guarantee mechanism is notsound, and the rejection of the capital market for small and medium-sizedenterprises such as a variety of reasons.Solving the problem of financing difficulties plays a important role inpromoting the economy for Inner Mongolia, and also can actively maintainsocial stability. So how out of the present is a small and medium enterprisesfinancing difficulties, we according to the small and medium-sized enterprisesin Inner Mongolia’s own financing situation to find the answer.In this article, through the analysis of SMES in Inner Mongolia, the status ofthe financing problems of autonomous region to study the followingsuggestions to improve the financing situation of Inner Mongolia, startingfrom the enterprise itself, SMES should further improve their managementlevel, full attention enterprise internal financing, enhances own accumulationability, create favorable conditions for financing. From financial institutions,must carry on the financial product innovation, improve the banking financialinstitutions, such as support for the financing of small and medium-sizedenterprises in Inner Mongolia, perfect the financial institutions in supportingSMES financing credit mechanism, vigorously foster the development ofsmall and medium-sized financial institutions. From the aspects ofgovernment support, to strengthen the fiscal subsidies and investment andfinancing of small and medium-sized enterprises support, perfect for smalland medium-sized enterprise financing policies and regulations construction,strengthen the standard and management of private capital lending.This paper analyzed the cause of small and medium-sized enterprise financingproblems in Inner Mongolia, found some regularity, puts forward someSuggestions to solve the problem of financing difficulties, to solve theproblem of financing difficulties of SMES to provide some personal opinions.
