China Mobile Communications Corporation has a good opportunity for all businessoperations and development of3G,3G times the users to choose the operator’s largelyderived from the operation of the operator’s choice of mobile phone. Chongqing MobileCorporation and the Chongqing Unicom and Chongqing Telecom Competition in recentyears continued to intensify, speed up the construction of channels, and promote the rapiddevelopment of mobile phone channel, so the Mobile Corporation in Chongqing of the3Gon the channel construction of mobile phone is necessary. To further enhance the channelcustomer oriented mobile phone marketing efficiency and service quality, the constructionof3G mobile phone channel of Chongqing Mobile Corporation should adopt the strategyof development, has become an urgent research problem.This paper firstly studies the domestic and foreign mobile phone channel theory,"3Gmobile phone" and "channels" are explained in detail. The third chapter to the fifth chapter,mainly from the following several aspects to demonstrate Chongqing mobile phonechannel construction: firstly, analysis of China’s3G mobile phone market and channel type,text display the capacity of market operators and market share ratio, and pointed out thatvarious types of channels for existing problems, i.e. channel serious conflict, an importantchannel for contribution. Secondly, combining with PEST analysis method, analyzed themacro situation of mobile phone development3G of China Mobile company, combinedwith SWOT analysis method, analyzes the Chongqing Mobile Corporation3G mobilephone channel development advantages. Finally, the exploration of Chongqing mobile3Gmobile phone channel construction, proposed the Chongqing mobile phone channelconstruction strategy, that is to develop the electronic contribution and open channels ofthe five aspects of the strategy.
