| The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen round of state-owned enterprisesreformation the strategic deploy, diversified business group and the scale has become theinevitable road to innovation. In competitive market, enterprises are facing funds dispersed,supervision, inefficient use of funds and other issues. A better analytical management offunds became the problem of large state-owned enterprises urgently need to solve.This thesis employs the use of, field research method and case analysis method, thepresent situation of D group fund management as the subject, applying risk control method,financial management theory, prevention of risk, improve efficiency perspective, researchand optimization of the fund management, in order to meet the needs of sustainabledevelopment of enterprises. The thesis is constructed in five parts: the first is theintroduction, proposition of the research background, implication, methods and ideas; thesecond part discussed theoretical principal and literature review; the third part analyzes thecurrent D group’s funds management problems and the causes; in the fourth part uses the Dgroup as a research example, applied the framework design on new model, placed the fundmanagement mode, determined the critical control points and the optimization scheme; thefifth part discussed the new model of fund management and suggestions.This thesis proposes to establish a new model for fund management and the financialsettlement center, and has carried on a detailed discussion, can clearly provide the solutionfor capital management in D group transition period of development in the state-ownedenterprises, provided a valuable recommendation on the selections of capital managementmodel for domestic investment enterprises, and also as a valuable reference. |
